How does Agile apply to sales and marketing?

Agile growth is adapted from the Agile methodology of software development.

These are our 12 principles:

Is Intro CRM a HubSpot Partner?

Yes, Intro CRM is an approved HubSpot Solutions Partner and App Partner. We work formally with HubSpot and speak with their team every week.

Where is the Intro CRM team based?

Intro CRM is a remote, distributed team based in the Americas.

Will Intro CRM join a shared Slack channel?

No, we do not use Slack for client services. We've found it is not effective at our level of scale across the number of clients we are serving.

Instead, our primary channels of communication are recurring meetings and email.

This allows us to unify all our communications in ticket threads in the customer portal.

How often will we meet with Intro CRM?

Meeting frequency varies based on project scope. It is typically once every one or two weeks.

We may also schedule ad hoc meetings or even text if your team is comfortable with that and we need a quick response.

How soon can we start?

It depends on what we're doing.

If your work includes cold email outreach, we need to include time for domains and email account setup. This typically takes 3-4 weeks. During this time we're doing other tasks in parallel.

If your work includes a HubSpot implementation, we will need to fully scope the timeline, dependencies, migrations, integrations, etc.
